The Egyptian Theatre presents Cheshire, Ohio

The Green Lens Film Series will screen the documentary Cheshire, Ohio as the third film in their series on February 21 at 7pm. This film follows a community devastated by coal, starting with American Electric Power's buyout and bulldozing of this Ohio River town, after exposing them to years of harmful emissions.

Audience members are invited to stay after the films for discussions with Northern Illinois University film scholar Jeff Chown and other NIU faculty and guests.

The film screenings are free; donations are welcome.
